What do I need to send?
A link to the recording (YouTube, Drive, Dropbox or Vimeo), or the file through SwissTransfer, up to 50 GB. Tell us where the clips will be posted and we take it from there.
Will the clips look like us?
Yes. Before your first clip you send us your logo, colours, fonts and the names that come up. We build one style for you and keep it, so every clip matches and every name is spelled your way.
Which formats do I get?
Vertical for Reels, TikTok and Shorts. Square or wide for LinkedIn and YouTube. We cut for the places you post.
What if I want something changed?
You see every clip before it's final. Point to the moment, and we change it within 1 working day. One round of changes is included.
How fast is it?
On a subscription, within 2 working days of the recording. A single clip or highlight within 3, an event within 48 hours. We answer every message within 1 working day.
Can I post the clips anywhere?
Yes, on any channel, as often as you like. We never use chart music, so you won't get copyright strikes.
What happens to my footage?
We use it only to make your clips and delete the originals 30 days after delivery. We show a clip as our work only after you've posted it, and never if you keep your clips private.
Which languages?
English for now. German and French on request.
How do I pay?
By card, or TWINT in Switzerland, before we start. Subscriptions renew by themselves every month. From about 1,000 a month you can pay by invoice within 14 days.
